Don has over 15 years of direct sales experience and 7 years of brand management experience. Don has served on the Gardner Publications Inc (Owner of MYS) Board of Directors and Executive Team for 7 years. Growth Strategies and Sales management are his areas of expertise.

Coming from an IT background, Phil is one of the original founders of the MYS business plan in 2005 and currently serves as President. He has led the company from start-up to one of the leading companies in the event management industry. Phil was instrumental in defining the MYS reputation for excellent technical support and customer service.

Julie Baker, VP of Technology & Customer Relations
Julie Baker, VP of Technology & Customer Relations

Julie has been working with event management data and applications for over 18 years. Since the founding of MYS, Julie has overseen all product development, the development team as well as the customer service team. Julie earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame.

Jerry’s face is a familiar one to many having also been with Map Your Show since its inception.  His years of previous IT experience make him uniquely qualified to demonstrate and explain the MYS suite of products to both our prospective and current customers.

Syd Rivera, Director of National Sales

Syd has over 25 years sales experience in the event management industry. After joining MYS four years ago, he has taken a sales and marketing approach to acquiring new business. Working out of our Washington D.C. office, Syd is experienced in event marketing and exhibitor advertising within the context of revenue-generating objectives.

Ben Dunlap, Regional Sales Manager

Ben has been with MYS since its inception in 2005. He started developing the first versions of the MYS software suite. He has also had roles as Customer Service Manager and Account Manager, handling some of MYS's largest clients. Today, Ben serves as the Regional Sales Manager for MYS.

Brett Glatfelter, Director of e-Sales

Brett has over 7 years experience in the trade show industry managing booth sales, event sponsorship sales, and online marketing sales for an IT publication. He began his career as an Advertising Director, representing a portfolio of 14 trade association magazines and shows. As MYS's Director of e-Sales, Brett currently manages the in-house e-Sales team.

Justin Post, E-Sales Coordinator

Justin's career at MYS is rooted in customer service. After over two years of assisting customers both over the phone and on location, he transitioned into e-Sales. As the current e-Sales Coordinator, Justin works with show management developing digital marketing programs for their show.
