Customer Service Agents

MYS prides itself on our excellent, U.S. based, customer service for each customer. Each show receives a dedicated customer service agent (CSA) to lead management through each step of the process. The CSA will be with you from the earliest beginning stages of your show all the way through the end and even weeks beyond. Each CSA is backed by an experienced team to ensure that you will always receive prompt and knowledgeable service.

CSA’s are also available for onsite assistance and support depending on each show’s needs in the following areas:

Show Floor Kiosk Support

  • Kiosk deployment and management
  • Updating each kiosks daily with the most current data
  • Problem assistance and troubleshooting

 

Booth Sales Assistance

  • Coordinating and assisting with booth sales for next year’s show
  • Facilitating exhibitor upgrade sales
