Position Summary:

Map You Show is looking for a full-time Marketing Director who will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's overall marketing strategy. They will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify market opportunities and develop a comprehensive marketing plan that effectively communicates the company's value proposition and drives growth.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that new products and features are effectively positioned and communicated to the market
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all initiatives are cost-effective
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and industry influencers
  • Create and execute a content marketing strategy that effectively communicates the company's value proposition and thought leadership
  • Oversee the development and execution of campaigns across all channels including digital, social media, email, and events
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and messaging
  • Create and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and build relationships with key partners and influencers
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and expansion

To Be Successful You Will Bring:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the technology industry
  • Knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation Platform, Hubspot experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media
  • Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Proven history of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to translate and synthesize key deliverables to Sr. Executives and board-level stakeholders
  • Experience in B2B marketing is necessary
  • Creative analytical person and the ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced startup culture
