Account Manager / Client Services
Map Your Show is a rapidly growing software company in suburban Cincinnati, in search of an individual to join our Client Services team, as an Account Manager. Our Account Managers are our main point of contact for our customers and serve a vital role in our business.
The Account Manager role begins with a hands-on training period that will expose you to the various modules available in the MYS software suite, the internal tools available to you, as well as some background of the tradeshow industry.
In this role, you will be working with new and existing clients, in gathering the materials and data necessary to implement MYS software into our clientsâ€™ businesses, training their teams and providing ongoing support.
- Providing a high level of customer service to our clients
- Managing projects from the implementation/onboarding stages to launch
- Training clients how to use our software (via phone/web conferences)
- Fielding incoming client calls and emails
- Some work will be done in Adobe Flash, Illustrator and Photoshop – training provided
- Familiarity with standard software packages (i.e. Microsoft office) necessary
- Minimal travel required for onsite client support and/or training (2-5 trips per year)
- Bachelor’s degree desired; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
