  • Marketing and Communications Information includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

We are an international company, and we maintain the information collected and generated in the United States that may have privacy laws that offer different levels of protection from the privacy laws of where you live. MYS has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of Personal Information received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. If a privacy complaint or dispute relating to Personal Data received by Map Your Show, LLC in reliance on the Data Privacy Framework (or any of its predecessors) cannot be resolved through our internal processes, we have agreed to participate in the VeraSafe Data Privacy Framework Dispute Resolution Procedure. MYS is responsible for the processing of Personal Information it receives or subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. MYS complies with applicable data protection law, including the DPF Principles for all onward transfers of Personal Information from the EEA, including the onward transfer liability provisions in the DPF Principles.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has jurisdiction over MYS’s compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF). Accordingly, MYS is subject to the FTC’s regulatory enforcement with respect to Personal Information received or transferred pursuant to the DPF Principles. In certain situations, MYS may be required to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

XIII. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you.
